Lifting Supervisor Safety Course
The Award in Lifting Supervisor is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise and oversee lifting operations. The course focuses on developing participants’ understanding of lifting regulations, safe work practices, and their responsibilities as lifting supervisors. Participants will learn about risk assessment, planning and coordination of lifting operations, equipment selection, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The course aims to enhance participants’ ability to manage lifting operations and promote a safe working environment.
This qualification is evaluated using assessments and Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ). To receive this qualification, the learner must pass both tests with a certain percentage.
The qualification has recommended course duration of 4-5 days.
Note: However the course duration may be increased to meet additional learning needs if required but not reduced.
