Electrical Safety For Technicians & Supervisors
The Electrical Safety course for technicians and supervisors is designed to provide essential knowledge and practical skills for maintaining electrical safety in the workplace. It focuses on identifying electrical hazards, applying preventive measures, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Participants will learn how to assess electrical risks and implement effective control measures to protect both personnel and equipment. The course emphasizes the importance of safe working practices when dealing with energized equipment and electrical systems. Technicians and supervisors will be trained in the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and lockout/tagout procedures. The course also includes instruction on emergency response and accident prevention. Upon completion, participants will be able to manage electrical safety with confidence, ensuring a safer working environment.
This qualification is evaluated using assessments and Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ). To receive this qualification, the learner must pass both tests with a certain percentage.
The qualification has recommended course duration of 4-5 days.
