As a safety training, auditing and consulting body, AKS GLOBAL SAFETY CONSULTANCY focuses primarily on implementing safety rules that apply to the workplace through compliance with the Industrial & Construction Safety and Health Act of the UK & USA. However, there are many challenges in training institutions and businesses with internationally recognized security courses. The assignment can be student advice, learner-trainer matching, certificate issuance to candidates, cash management to perform day-to-day tasks, or similar logistic issues. Nonetheless, we were determined to face difficult issues and clarified all issues through a dedicated team of experts in each department to facilitate organizational activities. Let’s briefly outline the responsibilities of each team.

ADMIN & ACCOUNTS

Our Admin team is a multitasking team and the individuals involved are responsible for facilitating the logistics needed to perform common office tasks. Our accounts team is responsible for keeping track of all accounting operations and entering them in the ledger for future reference. Their work mostly includes coordinating with directors and other departments such as HR and Admin regarding spending, revenue, liability, and payment. The best thing about these teams is that we maintain sufficient inventory, product offerings, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for all our stores. Again, these teams provide management support to other teams in the areas of meeting planning, travel arrangements, accommodation, and various other tasks, with the sole purpose of effective and efficient day-to-day operations. COURSE COORDINATOR TEAM

Our  Coordinator team responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Training Coordinators are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs. Our ideal candidate has experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs, and e-learning. Experience with different projects, like management training and soft-skills development, is also essential.

INSPECTION TEAM

Establishing quality standards for products a company produces. Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards. Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes. Inspecting and testing the materials and equipment produced by a company

TRAINING TEAM

Our  Training team responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Training Coordinators are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs. MARKETING TEAM

Our marketing team promoted our company’s effort to grow its business globally. We have a group of salespeople in Bangladesh and UK & USA who are driven, nimble thinkers, and capable of achieving specific sales goals. Their roles and responsibilities include persuading corporations of the necessity of worker safety and the significance of adhering to binding government regulations. They are skilled at boosting sales efforts through soft skills, and the results are tangible and measurable. They meet the marketing objectives, regardless of the sales volume or money collection after training, and in fact, they are beneficial to top management.
